whole lotta contradictions here ...
When it comes to government security protocols "intent" is not required to take punitive actions against any persons who violated the set protocols. Setting up her own private server from home is not authorized for any individual using government email. She had to sign paperwork beforehand acknowledging she understood and would comply with all protocols dealing with sensitive information or suffer punitive action for any violations.

But even if information is not marked “classified” in an e-mail, participants who know or should know that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it.

I.E. Most of the 150,000 emails were NOT MARKED classified. Again no one is going to Jail. No one is losing their job. At best, there may be some administrative reprimand for these new examples of mishandling classified information that have just come out.

TXdot is right, this is just nickel and dime stuff that is really old news.
