P411 LE Infiltrations and reactions vs another board that takes them seriously

I've said it before, and I'll say it again....

P411 is only intended to be used as one tool in the verification process. Please do as much additional screening and research as you feel is necessary, to keep yourself safe.

And no, I do not automatically believe every suggestion that the sky is falling... particularly when it comes from someone for whom the sky is falling every other week. What I do, is look at the information contained in the report very carefully. I try to collect other supporting information, and then I look at the information that I have at my disposal (that no one else would have). Then I make a decision about the report, whether it carries some weight or not.

Am I perfect? Absolutely not. However, over the years I've gotten pretty good at separating the wheat from the chafe, and at figuring out who the Chicken Littles are.

In Dave's case, he thinks he is considered the most reliable source of information in AZ, but the reality is that many Arizona providers are afraid to speak up about his inaccuracies, for the fear that they too will be labeled LE.

What Captan Obvious here has missed is that anyone who thinks any website is free of LE, and implicitly trusts the information contained there, deserves to be caught by LE...

TER similar but LE activity more hidden. Reviews seen in police cars during stings and one escort asked officer why picked her and officer showed her TER reviews. Sting information and LE activities is not allowed to be posted. One reliable source says it is "to protect officer safety". TER has long been directly connected to a Phoenix criminal enterprise (DD) with owners sent to prison as well as many others around the U.S. Has also been mentioned by FBI over the years. Maybe the next Bigdoggie to go down but FBI often investigates and lets LE use for stings for years before the big takedown.

Escorts.com taken over by FBI and owner did plea deal to avoid 25 yrs in prison by paying about $4 million as I recall and now IRS is looking into.

BP used for sting ads extensively and I have seen hundreds of pages of credit card records for ads obtained by subpoena and used as evidence (Temple Case)

Naughty has new policies to avoid easy access to reviews and takes down info related to P411 stings etc trying to protect itself.

Other sites I while been used by LE not as directly based on my knowledge as P411, TER and BP which have the most risk it seems.

Solution is clear: DO NOT OFFER OR SOLICIT SEX FOR MONEY. Do not write reviews that show illegal activity while hard to use in Court is often used against the companion to get a plea deal or probably cause.

Never solicit in ads by using GFE or worse terms that is direct solicitation.

If you want to have sex for money go to Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand or most any place in the world where consenting in private sexual adults have the freedoms we lack in the U.S. - not the land of the free.

I suggest Gina's attacks on me and my just posted reply be deleted, but not facts with proven links about P411 that are of interest to others. In fact this discussion has been linked to from at least one other board (not by me)because of the interest in P411 issues.

I've always been very open about the issues that have occurred with P411. In fact, much of the information that people like Dave have taken and used against me, came directly from me, in the messages that I post on P411.

The reality is that IF you are engaging in criminal activity in the jurisdiction you are in, you are taking a risk. You can mitigate those risks quite a bit, by doing as much research as possible to keep yourself safe. You can never completely eliminate the risk though....

Also keep in mind that not all information found is accurate. Your own judgement and "gut feeling" should come into play when the final call when you walk into a situation.

This one is done , it has zero to do with THIS board and is more of a witch hunt than anything informative . many of the posts hit the nail on the head ... LE is out there and it is solely up to each individual to research and keep themselves safe .
