2018 Mid-Term Elections

Because I think such bets are stupid. I can't win that bet because as I've stated several times, the odds of the Democrats taking over the Senate are somewhere between small and none. The best I could hope for would be a push -- Democrats win the House and Republicans hold the Senate. Meanwhile you are almost certainly guaranteed a push.

And no, I don't want to bet solely on the House. To be honest, I enjoy civil discussions with others on politics but in the end, if Republicans maintain control of the House it is of little consequence to me. Originally Posted by SpeedRacerXXX

two things old friend ...

1) why do the Democrats continually under-vote given their so-called registered numbers edge ?
I think the LWWs are every bit as rabid as the RWWs, and the LWWs DO come out and vote regularly. I think the less rabid DEMs are less likely to vote than the less rabid REPs. Why? No idea.

2) how many disgruntled Brenie BROS/GALS voted Trump and how many will do so .. again? Originally Posted by The_Waco_Kid

In the area I live the DEM ballot does look like a very extreme socialist slate, and it is the rational DEMs who are talking about whether they will vote for either bad option, of stay home. I think you overestimate how many Bernieites did/will vote for Trump.
I think that most people understood that Hillary Clinton was a flawed candidate. Democrats had 8 years while Obama was in office to come up with a viable candidate and failed to do so. Originally Posted by SpeedRacerXXX

BUT she should have kept that comment to herself, TILL she won the election"..

So not only do liberals hate trump, but think all republicans are despicable.

ADD to that, i've seen repeated calls to harass, bully, silence and otherwise demean republicans, from all sorts of leftists. AND THEY WONDER why, we do not want them to ever win office again..

Really?
You are not the boss of me. I have every right to vote in this election and most definitely am not part of the problem as you so rudely insinuated. In fact, I will vote to elect leadership who will solve this problem.

Further I don’t ascribe to the racist theories that others have bandied about in this forum for the past few years and never will. Originally Posted by Yssup Rider
