Screening Fee for Newbie

Who hasn't? But google will also do the same thing. verifyhim.com lets you know if he is a stalker or a fake sugardaddy. And it's a one time membership fee. National blacklist will also let one know these things. Why would only a newbie apply? I would think this sort of check would apply to any prospective client that she's never seen. And a newbie shouldn't have to pay for her to do the same research she should be doing on all new clients. It's her business, her choice but I think it's silly. A newbie may as well pay for his own p411 membership instead of paying her an extra fee to check his personal information. That fee is only for her to verify him. He will still be a newbie after he sees her so my suggestion would be to get p411 and then see any lady he wants without anyone charging him an extra 'screening' fee. Originally Posted by Gemma34

Because he has only you as a reference would still make him a newbie. I require 3 references as most ladies here do. So, sorry for the confusion but in my book he would still be considered a newbie. Seeing you doesn't automatically make a guy verified.

Although I don't like to engage in such banter, I'll accept that I'm sure your questions are being asked by others at home ....
The $40 is kind like a "thank you for seeing me even though I have zero proof that I'm not a complete crazy person... And thanks for being a reference for me in the future and taking the time to do alternate screening for me when I don't have references."

And if they aren't thankful, then go see another newbie provider and I'll gladly see them with open arms at the regular price when they have references.
Not a hard concept. And really not that big of an issue.

I'm not at all downing you on your business ethics girl. It's your business, run it as you see fit. If it works for you then you're obviously doing something right. I applaud you for being honest about it and not coming off as upselling clients. It's good conversation and I bet others will do it eventually. And you are a traveling lady so it may be more useful for you than us local providers know. I merely was asking questions and posting my opinions. To me, $40 bucks doesn't prove a guy not crazy nor does it ensure your safety. You're basically asking a guy to give you a fee because you took the time to screen him out. Don't you screen guys out who have references though? You're taking the time to email/text or call a provider for proof that he is who he says he is and he has seen the lady giving the reference. Getting a reference takes more work in my opinion. So, you really should be charging all the guys you see that extra $40 fee based upon your reasoning.

Maybe you need to change your screening process because in all honesty, screening a newbie is a lot easier for me to do than tracking down references.

Also, Gemma is right. If a guy only has one reference, he's still a newbie and needs to be screened out. That goes for the guys who sign up for P411 too. Just because you signed up for it doesn't mean you're golden. In my eyes, no OK's or 1 OK.....still needs to be screened out.
