Leo,
I see the join date on your agency avatar as just being this month. That in itself can be a reason for being slow to start. Most business do not see a profit within their first year at all. It is a bit too soon, IMO, to see this venture reciprocating much as of yet. I know this is a different type of business but one must keep the same sense in mind as far as profit is concerned. You just started this so give it some time. You have to build up a reputation also with the community of consumers. ALOT of gents frequented GFX and for a spell it worked.
That leads me to the next thing- you have seen the rise and downfall of many agencies so do the opposite of what they did because it obviously didnt work. As an agency, I would never come and shoot the shit on the board. And never post such a topic in it. Agencies should be seen and not heard type of thing, if you will. Add to alerts as necessary and keep it at that. Most of the agencies job is behind the scenes and where it should be. Let your business rep speak FOR you once you have established it.
Like I said, you havent been in business long enough to really ask the questions you do because they do not yet pertain to you as you havent given it much time to get off the ground. Once you have a foundation set with a good trustworthy consumer base then things will get better. You cannot be a provider with a great rep then turn into an agency and expect that same provider rep to uphold you because they are two different things and work in two totally different ways. Same business but different aspects for each.
I wish you the best on your endeavors! It wont be easy but if you are determined to make it work and stick it out- growth will happen and it could be something great. Good luck to you and your ladies.
KKA
XOXO
