Gina, I think your site is as close to perfect as we will get.
The only thing I would love is if there was an option after we set the appointment that we had to go back to all of them. Then less last minute cancellations on both side.. . More accountability, but I know that you don't want to get involved in that and I can totally understand why.

Just your client ID (the "name-01-a-1234" info). I typically give them my Eccie handle too in case they want to look that up. Really easy.

My favorite part about P411, is that I don't have to wait and wait for a reference reply from a provider.
My second favorite is when a client has taken the time to fill out personal likes and dislikes, things he takes an interest in.

I had a client that liked a certain artist. I looked it up and knew some of the artwork to talk about at the beginning of our session. It blew his socks off that I took the time to know that much about something he enjoyed.

To get started, you should be able to contact provider through her p411 info. It will notify her that she has a message through her email that you either want to set up an appointment or you have asked for pre-screening, or have sent her a message on p411.

That's the best way to start once you are a member, from what I understand.

It's never a good idea to just give you ID to a provider and have her check it.

I love P411! The screening is painless, a guy can and should fill out his profile, the provider will know his likes/dislikes seeing if there is a match for a great session, you set an appointment via p411 she confirms, which the likelihood of NCNS is rare at worse and when it happens, the accountabilty is thorough and awesome. Also, some providers will give discounts on their regular rate for just being a member.

Worth every penny and then some!
