The Austin ladies Fratelli talks about seemed to be very popular a few years ago. You at least knew who was on the other side...one of 2-3 ladies who shared duties. I used to meet a few different couples at some adult arcades in the St. Louis area over the last 10 years. The wholes were more like 12" squares there.
