You can change your account name by contacting the moderators... if approved (can't think of any that ever was not) then your account name would change but nothing else.
All your reviews, posts and start date would stay the same... you could even ask the mods to go back through all your old reviews and edit them to reflect your new name.
It would be a lot of extra work for the moderators to do that, but it can and has been done.
