Who's the A-hole? In this situation, it sounds like she is. All this provider bs about "don't waste my time"? Hell, that's what we are paying for; their time. We don't make ourselves available, they do. If I am reading your post right, all you did was ask what her rates were and told her you would let her know if and when you could make it. She clearly misunderstood. They are famous for that. I once contacted a provider and inquired about her hhr rate; she said 150. I asked what the full hour was and she said 200, so I told her I would rather do the full hour. At which point she went postal, accusing me of saying she wasn't worth 150 for a hhr. Like I said; they hear what they want to hear. Sounds like she did you a big favor asking you not to call her.

Discussing rates isnt smart you never know who is on the other side of that device
