Doing a Simple Divorce in Texas Without a Lawyer

Will the forms there work for other Texas counties? What if the woman lives in Texas and he lives in another state? She can't go back where she was living thanks to his abuse. This is not for me but for a friend non hobby. Originally Posted by Willow Breeze

I used this website for my divorce. It works even if you have kids and it's $300. They do all the paperwork for you and you just file. I liked it because it was pretty easy. Now I just need to take all this paperwork to get notarized and then wait 60 days and I'm a free woman! Woo hoo!

I only wished it was simple.
