ANYONE ELSE NOTICE THIS ABOUT OBAMA'S THREATENED IMMIGRATION REFORM EO?

If Congress refuses to act in an area that is solely their domain, as in immigration policy, too bad. Elect a different Congress. There is no Constitutional basis for the President to act on his own. I even agree with his plan, as a practical solution to a problem we shouldn't have. However, the way in which he went about it is unconstitutional, and is an (another) impeachable offense.
