On topic though, it's interesting this idea that the skene's gland
could cause fluid to backup into the bladder using it as it's reservoir. This would explain the first research discussed in this thread with ultrasound imaging showing partially filled bladders. It would also explain the presence of Urea and Creatinine found in the fluid in the first report along with the PSA. Unfortunately, the quote from 1thickblond comes from some article on a homeopathic
tantric type site with no research citation whatsoever so who knows...
It's clearly an interesting but understudied area, of which any physician will tell you there are many in medicine. Sometimes the best medicine or any scientific field has to offer are loosely substantiated theories unfortunately.
