It really does make sense given here in Buffalo I typically find reviews in Rochester and Syracuse to be irrelevant.
It might even make sense to give each of those three cities its own sub for him such as Albany/Hudson Valley.

This might be especially useful for an area such as Toronto, where many of the reviews are from the suburbs of Niagara Falls and Fort Erie.
