Fancy works quite well. However: The Peerless Provocativer of Irish Carnal Knowledge might fit. Able to raise and lower appendges by the application of those womanly Irish secrets. Course the lone exception being giving everyone the finger after stabbing it with tri flow while trying to help a laddy. Still cracks me up thinking it to this day.
