Have to agree. It is a mantra in business that he who is willing to just say "fuck it" first wins every time.

It's pretty bad when the need for a simple piece of stranger ass is stronger than the need for cold cash in your pocket especially when you can easily rub one out and the desire to blow a substantial amount of it instantly vanishes.

If mongers in general applied the same attitude of "Fuck it" to the hobby as the more in-demand providers do then things would balance out.

Hot providers only pull what they can get away with. She delays an appt by 4 hours to mount a TV and a monger still sees her? Why the fuck wouldn't she delay it?

Many providers see the hobby as a necessary evil to pay the bills. For them it is not a career they either need nor want to treat as a long term business. If they don't have an urgent bill to be paid then there is no urgency to see you.

This same "take it or leave it" attitude means one should Never consider driving 90+ minutes to an appt. because there's no shortage of local strange and your time is just as valuable. Let her know when she hits town to contact you for your availability and she eventually will.

As all providers inevitably becomes less in demand their rent will still have to be paid while the money still in your pocket never loses it's appeal and will always give you the power to book whoever you want.

The bottom line is the OP didn't actually give up as stated in the title and eventually got some strange after all of his effort.

The best piece of advice that SL has offered is to speak with the provider on the phone with a voice conversation. For some reason, the verbal discussion makes it that much more real.

ultimately its their loss and not yours so don't get invested to a point where it actually frustrates you. this hobby is meant for fun and stress relief.
