If it's been working this many years, obviously, one can and some do have relationships with a woman who provides. Your "issues" or challenges as a couple, might be a tad different than other couples, but it sounds as if you are dealing with them. Good for you, as most couples don't deal with their issues, they find other outlets instead. Best of luck!
