I am always shower fresh and keep myself really clean, so I don't mind receiving, but feel it's just too dangerous, in the hobby. As in germs, colds, viruses etc. Not taking a chance on getting sick from fecal matter for money. Nope. Everyone has a different perception of cleanly.
