Correct on all counts, came in from 59s, Chimney Rock to Richmond, 8pm once during the week, Noon and 4pm on weekends the others, 20 Minutes from my door to hers. Yes, its all about location, location, location. But it's also about timing.

Well P411 is definitely easier when it comes to screening. It also provides more transparency in the screening process.
For example, anyone can write a review on ECCIE without verification from the provider that the session actually occurred. Here on ECCIE, there are so many secrets. Secret lounges, alter-egos, etc. A guy can sound sweet and appealing in public places, but then dip into the Men's Lounge and spit an entirely different game.

On P411, you have the satisfaction of knowing a session actually occurred and the John is a credible client when they are given an OK. Furthermore, for some reason fellow providers respond more efficiently on P411.

So yes, I will provide a discount for the clients who are willing to go the extra mile, spend a little cash and get a P411 account. It shows they are respectable and serious about hobbying. They are the clients who don't haggle prices, spend their days insulting providers in forums, nor waste my time with pointless back-and-forth messages because they failed to read my profile and expectations about screening before contacting me. I can only imagine other providers provide these kind of specials for the same reasons.

I don't pretend to speak for anyone else, but I stay away from downtown. Traffic is abysmal.

I would think if you were going to set up an incall, you would need to decide which section of town you want to cater to, because you can't catch all of it.

You set up shop in North Houston, and cater to Spring and the Woodlands. Business is growing in the north, thus the construction - but that's also where a good aggregation of wealth is.

You set up shop downtown, and cater to downtown.

You set up shop in the south and cater to sugarland / Rosharon - also growing in leaps and bounds.

You set up shop in East Houston and aim for all the Pear people, or West Houston and aim for Katy, College Station, and that crowd.

All have their pros and cons - I'd talk to some of the ladies with in-calls in different areas to get their opinions.
