uncomfortable situation

I did consider her safety and really considered weather or not to post . But there is absolutely no way to figure her out. Her latest review is 5 years ago but i just saw her a few weeks ago. It made me feel really bad for a min then I had to remember all the reasons why it happened in the first place. I don't want yours or anyone's sympathy. This is the 1%.

Nursing is back-breaking work. They honestly do not get paid enough money.
And to boot, I think anyone, provider or not, male or female nurse;
Must have some measure of caring in order to even motivate them to do that job.

Although not identical, I am a caregiver to a dementia patient.
Do I get compensated? Somewhat. Do I get compensated fairly?
For the amount of work I do and the crap I put up with?
Not monetarily.

Then why do it? Because someone has to... Someone that actually cares.

Some of us do care.
