I'm like the British and use "cunt" with affection. Dr Who would always called Amy Pond "that bloody cunt." It's a very civilized endearing term.

Being called a cunt/slut/whore/fucktoy/fuckdoll/etc. from the right person is enough to make my heart melt. From the wrong person it just garners an eye roll. As if I don't already know I am these thing.
