Go out and take a walk, get some fresh air. Long quiet walks in nature will do you good.
Go to your local VA clinic or hospital and volunteer for an hour in the waiting room. Start up a conversation with someone or push someone in a wheelchair to their appointment.
Go to a shelter for stray animals and bring a donation of food and ask if you can volunteer some companionship with the critters.
Get away from this board and all the negativity with it. Fresh air, a new perspective and real live beating hearts who appreciate you will recharge you with positive feelings of hope and healing.
The world is full of people who will need, want and appreciate you more than anyone you can find on line here. Hope it helps someone.
