It is an option on my keyboard that whenever I type threAD it always makes the last two letters in caps. The reality is that when a person starts a threAD about a provider it is generally a threAD that is intended to bring attention to the provider. In this case, the threAD is about AOH.
As stated, these threADs are generally useless and serve no good purpose other than to elicit comments from people that thinck their opinions or statements actually matter to anyone other than themselves. This leads to others chiming in and before long you have a useless three page threAD.
