Regular Discount

If anything, your regulars should be the ones who honor you more by not even paying your normal rate, but perhaps even tipping you.

To expect a discount is rude and discourteous.

However, a monthly arrangement type situation would be different. If both parties agree on such, then it is their prerogative to do so.

It would be so hard to ensure that he sticks to his word and there would be no legal recourse if he didn't. It's a risk for the provider.

I wouldn't do it personally unless he prepaid the discount for the 3 years up front or at least 1 lump sum payment yearly for 3 years, but then that puts the risk on you ... what if you pay me and then I don't follow through?

"Complicated arrangements" don't work well in this business.
