Shyster,
I think I know the answer but....
Lets say a hobbiest contacts a provider here through an IM. He lists in that IM the activities he would like do, gives the amount of time he would like those in, and what time he wants to start and also never mentions money.
She then confirms with, " great I'll see you at 3. Call xxx-xxx-xxxx, when you are at x intersection. "
He calls the number from his prepaid hobby phone and she directs him to her incall never discussing activities or money on the phone.
Because neither mentioned money, are they both safe, should either party turn out to be holding a badge?
No activities were discussed on the phone that the guy at the door showed up with, makes a difference?

Homework: Look up the definition of "or."
The method of communication is irrelevant. If you're thinking about asking me if you used two paper cups and string, my answer would be the same. If you spoke in Russian, my answer would be the same. If you danced the twist while discussing specific sex acts or money, my answer would be the same.
