9 out of 10 times most people won't know you're there if you're sitting quietly in your car. Getting out walking around is actually putting your own self at additional risk.

I'm sure if he was referring to Skyler he would have explicitly said so. But even if he was referring to her im not sure how credible he'd be by just making that one statement alone and then bailing. That also would seem suspicious to me.

Just saying if you're gonna defend the guys point of view out of hand just be thorough in your assessment. If Skyler responds then I can also make an assessment of her explanation. No biggie.

Maybe the timing was just bad for them both but i just think walking around does look suspicious. If the OP is new then he should appreciate this feedback for his own safety regardless of the providers punctuality.
