I usually trim down south. If I don't it can grow as long as my pinky (NASTY) . I do not shave or trim my pits, I also did not realize that would be a big deal to some. I shower before and after a session and also brush my teeth and use mouthwash before and after as well.

There are those who would suggest that if you have oral problems (Gingivitis as an example) ==> it is not wise to brush vigorously and floss immediately prior to a session. Here is just one of many articles:

I'm all about hygeine.. if it's been more than an hour or so between my last shower and arrival with a lady, I have to shower first. Keep deoderant and mouthwash in my glove compartment.
But I'm an unappoligetic mammal and a razor only touches my neck and cheeks where I shape my beard, which I keep neatly trimmed.. everywhere else is fuzzy as the gods want it to be.
