Yes it's special. But for a reduced rate? I didn't even bother to ask if it was an option. It's just another appointment that's all.

This is one thing I would say you most likely wouldn't have to offer because there are sooooooo few providers awake (and fresh) at 5/6/7am that the guys that want to come see you in the AM are willing to pay your normal rate just based on supply/demand.

The only way I would say a "early bird special" is the way to go is if you HAD to be awake that early for personal reasons and since you have to be awake you might as well drum up some business and a special will encourage more guys to reach out to you in the early AM.

But it sounds like you have the luxury of waking up at whatever time you please, and if you dislike waking up early (like me) no reason to run an early AM special since you (like me) would rather be sleeping. Just get out of bed at your normal time and work the hours that make you the happiest. That's one of the great things about this business, you and you alone pick your working hours.
