What's up with the cheep callers lately

I never ask for discounts...just not in my personality. But some of the most successful people I know try to negotiate EVERYTHING. Its in their DNA - they want to swing a deal, get a perk, etc. I don't even think the monetary amount matters.. they just want to 'win' some sort of concession. So I'm not surprised hobbiests ask...its easy to ask...and its just as easy to say no.
