If she is over 18 he ain't going to get any serious evidence that she's being coerced unless he surveiles her 24/7 and send tip to local police does nothing but give you the warm fuzzies of thinking you did something good because the local pd ain't doing shit about it and wasting limited resources for 1 girl.

If she is under the age of 18 then he doesn't need any other evidence other than that and the alphabet boys will investigate and take care of it.

If after careful and long consideration, you think there is some real concrete benefit in your girlfriend knowing, go a public library, create a one off email account (going through some anonymiser software) and send her a link (if her email,address is known tiara leadt three or four dozen people). The on,ly text you put along with the link is the suster’s name. Avoid typing any text that might betray common misoelkings if yours she would know, or phrases you use.

If she is on Backpage, the sister probably already has seen several indications of it and already knows.
