It amazes me that this subject gets so much attention, because it really is pretty simple. Been keeping my junk "neat" for years. Use quality shaving cream, a good razor, proceed diligently but with great caution, using the shower as your venue. (The steam and hot water make things a bit easier.) Go with the grain first, rinse, apply more shaving cream and repeat in the opposite direction a second time. (A quality post shave cream can eliminate itching and discomfort when applied afterwards.) And don't forget to thin out the jungle on top! Electric clippers work well here.
One important safety note that nobody has mentioned, is to shave one day in advance of your tryst. This allows any minor nicks or cuts that you may not have noticed to heal, minimizing the potential for transmission of disease. (Obviously if it's a deeper cut, use the appropriate caution before playing...)

NEVER hear them ask someone to help them shave their Pussy, Legs, or underarms, and they are very good at it, some even bleach their asshole. (they even have to Remind some of us to wash our Crusty ass) they never complain or bicker about what shaver or blade to use. They just get it done and move the fuck on. We need to raise our standards guys and NOT be so damn lazy.
