I think it's more for their own psyche mostly, stimming from a generalized Americans view of the prostitute. Good points from everyone. I think "professional," is a better way to describe most of the ladies here. Excellent at what they do, classy, intelligent and versatile. Upscale means all those things but at 5x the price.
