Will probably upset a lot of you but I totally agree with Fiona Foxxx. All of this has become useless and more than likely should have been looked at long ago. Everyone needs to realize this is a business and if there is a problem - it should be given to those directly involved to resolve. It is not up to rank and file to monitor and "moderate" what is transpiring. Mediation may well become necessary but it is not up to the membership to make that decision nor become part of the negotiations. Allow time to work themselves out and in the meantime --- go have funners....
