Looks like he will get off easy even if he is found guilty in a court of law.He's not going to jail. At worst he's doing a diversion program or deferred adjudication and a fine. Maybe unsupervised probation or something.

What a waste of police and court manpower and time and resources over misdemeanor charges.
His main worry is the NFL even if he is to be found not guilty in a courty of law but even if the NFL were to fine him a million or 2 million dollars and suspend him from being an owner for months, he can afford the $ anyway. Originally Posted by CG2014
I agree...the NFL punishment will be worse. Especially since a suspension will give the sportscasters an opportunity to rehash over and over.
