Private incall or hotel

you ask

me

I like Apt / House - I honestly really hate Hotels

Apt will get you more regulars - at least it will get me

Apt is more personal, you are in your own atmosphere - shows who you are / everyone is more at ease

and you are more in control

maybe a get a 2 bedroom - so you sleep in own bed at night / personal time

but please play safe

all my regulars have their own Apt / house - if that helps you decide

you are a very sexy attractive woman

cheers

i sent you a pm / lets visit

with all respect

a hotel is nothing like an apt - period !

i understand you say too much attention.. at an apt
i 100% disagree

when I was younger - I was a bell man in a high class busy hotel - and I immediately knew which gals were doing this - I even got some after hrs -

so dont be fooled Hotel people KNOW whats happening inside their hotel - they just allow it to happen - unless YOU are out of control and drawing unnecessary attention - if so then you get a knock and you are asked nicely to immediately leave or you get a knock from the local police and TOLD to leave

FYI
police roam Hotels and sit and watch

as per apt - too much traffic is bad - but so many people come and go in apt its ok - no one parks in the same place as in a hotel parking lot - hotels - peopel go to the same room and can easily be montiored - time in time out - door monitoring is recorded -

apt friends come and go - and at night no one sees anything

just dont have clients knock hard - or meet him outside and walk in together

apt people are not looking out their windows and wondering who is visiting thier neighbor

hotels KNOW who is visiting

oh my parents where in the hotel business for 35yrs

and I had a smile on my face all the time

and

i dont know what im talking abt

I HATE HOTELS

but of course - somstime i have no choice but to go to them adn I know Im being watch and she is being watched

but shes my friend that i went to visit adn make plans with to go out and see the town this evening or whatever

just becasue Im a STUD in awesome shape and shes a HOTTIE - i didnt go there to enjoy each other - NO WAY

i have left hotel parking lots when the woman asked me to wait in the parking lot - i'm gone in seconds when i hear that - then call her and tell her thats a SUPER NO NO

ADDISON is SUPER HOT for sitting in a car and waiting for the gal to allow you to come inside -

thats an immediate single she doesnt even know shes being watch -

people think Police are Stupid

thats the 1st stupid thought you can have

airbnb - no no

2 apt's - is the best - and better - dont tell your client - let him think you live there

that means setting up a play apt to look like a home lived in apt - thats costly

im a super selective woman man

i like to be close and special

im a very respectful client

im special

im invited to private locations

Lol.

Many great points made, pro con, for apartment vs hotels. Personally. I hate the big, giant empty lobby hotels, where you gotta make what feels like the walk of death through an empty lobby during a slow period of the day. It's even worse when you don't know where the elevator is at.

It's best to dress the part when you go to fancier hotels, too. Well, for me it is. I hate being shorts and t shirt guy going into hotel chains that have more than 3 floors.

Occasionally I've had to pay for hotel parking. Slight annoyance, but usually not a deal breaker. The problem is, it requires a credit card transaction more often than not...and not all have a cash option. If you're married, it may suck to have to explain why you had to pay for parking at the Hilton.

Apartment visits have their merits. Feels more intimate and relaxing, that is if I didn't have to go through Fort Knox to get in. If a code is required, I should know it before I get to the gate, or those six cars behind me may get not only impatient, but suspicious, especially if I don't who I'm going to see (I doubt Barbie Baby Cakes is going to be on the name list).

Oh, yeah. It's so much fun circling around in complexes where the building numbers are hard to read, where kids are outside playing, and creepy Joe the chain smoker is outside, too. Just hanging out, smoking a pack, keeping an eye out for who's coming and going.

Sometimes the best hotels are the big busy ones like The Omni in downtown Dallas. May or may not work for the provider but it's pretty easy to get in and out without drawing attention.

There are also some "nice" Motel 6 joints where the area is moderately busy and no one really notices you...generally speaking.

Apartments/homes are preferred but neighbors can be annoying as hell.

Addison seems to be the most popular part of town for ladies with their own apartment incall. I'm guessing the landlords are less nosy over there. Used to live in The Village community and always wondered why I never saw any providers in any of those apartments.

I had an apartment incall in the Galleria/Addison area and I loved it so much! Saved money, my own personalized space etc.
HOWEVER I would never reccomend or get another apartment incall. I did have the dreaded crazy stalker client (shouts out to him because hes probably reading this, he still bothers me from time to time)
Anyway, he was upset with me because I decided not to schedule anymore time with him. (I had my reasons)
So he sent screenshots of my photos and ads to the apartment office along with my apartment number and a threat that if I wasn't "dealt with" he would call the police.
I spent thousands getting out of that lease and will never ever ever see another client in an apartment again.
Someone always has to ruin it for everyone.
But NO it's not safer, I spent every day while I was moving my shit out looking over my shoulder scared to death of this crazy fucker showing up or something.
10/10 would not recommend.
So you move in to an apartment, a few days later you walk in and there’s this...STENCH...and the manager tries but really can’t do anything about it (Like a squirrel or Mickey Mouse got trapped in your walls)...and you’re staring at your six month (or longer) lease.

Other reasons you want to break the lease: Friendly Frank the across-the-hall neighbor who just HAS to get to know you. Or you decide “ Fuck, this hobby isn’t for me”...with six months left on the lease. Or the income doesn’t keep pace with the rent.

I’ll bet AshleyKay isn’t the only Provider this happened to.
It’s quite a commitment for a Provider to sign a year-long...contract.

I personally don’t care...as long as the bed is high and firm. Yowzaa.

I’m fine with either. Just make sure it’s nearby and 3-star quality or better.
I prefer the apartment option
Perhaps best to have your initial visit with a new person at a motel and save the apartment for your regulars that pass the non-creepy test. No guarantee that someone won’t become a stalker, but maybe a little safer Originally Posted by dietsunkist

As I'm sure you know, providers are running a business and their goal every day is to minimize costs and maximize revenue so they can maximize their net profits. If a provider has to pay monthly rent for an apartment incall and also pay for a hotel room every time she meets a new client, that will seriously cut into her profits. She won't find it easy to make the new client pay for the room either because he will say "I've read your reviews. I've done my research on you. How come other guys only have to pay your regular rate but I have to pay your regular rate and the hotel room costs too?" If she then insists, she may end up losing business and gain a negative reputation.
