But then, didn't Obama and his Department of Edumication also put in place several limiting rules about reporting "reportable infractions, i.e. referrals to local law enforcement" in schools - exactly the case in Parkland - to reduce the numbers that were making the schools "look bad". All that savings - along with Tax the top 1% - will go to Welfare for hordes of Illegals swamping the Open Borders, and Trillions on the Soylent Green New Deal, $750K apartments for homeless ( without drug addiction and work training), billions to treat infectious diseases in homeless camps in LA and SF, with nothing to clean the shit off the streets,reparations to every plantation "Minority group" claimed by DPST, and concentration camps for all white males - except beto, bernie, and biden.
