We found this the best solution also.
Still took the work phone with us at times and only left work phone home when doing hobby related stuff and things that are none of their f'ing business.

It started over 20 years ago......I worked for a major international company, and they issued us those god awful Nextel phones with the “walkie talkie”built in.....and we were told it needed to be on all the time. Even off hours. The shit you got back then if you didn’t answer anytime mgmt. called was crazy......
