Yes! There was a city wide power shutdown in Eureka Springs the other night from 11pm until 3am. There's nothing like being in America's Most Haunted Hotel during a total blackout. Not sure if I got much investigating done, but I did get super tipsy and wander around in the dark like a crazy person. Have you ever heard of The Bell Witch of TN. Up around Adams. There are several books about it, one authored by a descendent of the family. The log house where it happened is gone. A few people around the area think they see evidence of the witch even in recent times.
There is The Myrtles in St. Francisville, La. I toured the house, but never stayed there.
