Go to:
User Control Panel
Then on the left side, scroll down to:
Settings & Options
Then to:
Edit Ignore List

Just be careful cause once you've opened your ignore list, the names there may cause you to laugh uncontrollably, as you remember why you put them in that list.

Or you can click their name in the forum and choose view public profile, then click "user lists", then click "add to ignore list"

I admit I am guilty at times and laziness is a big part of it 😂. But true. It is rude and im working on that. Smh
