Honestly..... Consistancy and evenhandedness of the application to the rules is my primary goal..... its not easy.... we are volunteers, and human on top of that...... all you can do is you best and try to stay as impartial in regards to the rules laid down by the powers-that-be as much as possible...... not to say that what you say doesn't happen..... because it no doubt does.... but the hopes are that those who are in position do their best to prevent it from happening with them......
