Yes Chizzy, I see now what Berry was talking about parking garages.
I've not had the chance to look at the news. I've been busy for two days straight at work, this one was new to me!
But with 26,000 troops being there someone's gonna be uncomfortable. Not everybody would get to sleep indoors!
Most of the troops are probably thinking what's the fuss, they are going to do what they are told!
OK gotta sleep in the P-garage tonight, just like I thought when I had to sleep in the snow!
Sometime soldiering just sucks!
I didnt dig into it but it appears that others got angry.
I didn't see anything about the troops saying too much!
But the parking garage was new to me!
In that story it made me smile that they didnt have wifi, that's posh living compared to some of the places I slept, and that's true of probably all of them as well!
They could of housed them in tents up there in General Lee's plantation like the did back in the war, but theres all of those tombstones there now!

You don't speak for all of the soldiers or military. The ones that are in still are used to being vetted. They look at credit scores, social media, personal friends and family, and groups you associate with. It is nothing new. Oh and there were quite a few times I wish I had a parking garage to hide out in . Endorsing groups that go against DOD regulations is not political.Being pulled off a detail or having your clearance pulled for those affiliations is not political.

I was also a weather man in a field artillery unit for a couple of years, too!
