Franklin Roosevelt : Left hundreds (thousands?) of regular Army troops in the Philippines. American civilians too. General MacArthur and his staff were evacuated, but the troops were abandoned and left to the Japanese at Corregidor.
The Japanese also had one entire prison camp full of American nurses and other western women till the end of the war there.
I challenge ANYONE on the left to document where ANY President in US history has left Americans and their allies stranded to the ENEMY!!
