Most reputable providers I see always use it in front of me before we get to business.

Also if you do DATY it’s a good idea to mouthwash before and after. Keeps the lady safe and yourself.

Any one can have it. The girl could have had an appointment right before his and not even know she was carrying gonorrhea bacteria on her throat. I’ve read some articles it’s actually better for the girl to swallow vs spit because it’s a bigger chance for it come back up the throat to the mouth and if you swallow most of it gets killed by stomach acid. Regardless we all have to stay safe out there, get test regularly if you hobby often. You can tell when the girl takes care of herself and when she doesn’t so use your best judgment if you are going to do anything bare. Women should do the same, if it’s caught early the chance for complications later is way less and you’ll be out just for a couple weeks.
