I did some digging on this as I've been seeing more and more chatter on ways some company's are looking to combat resellers.

Thought it was interesting, as it's a potential novel use of the NFC tech we have so abundantly.

Additionally, Buffalo Trace announced an NFT program that I think is stupid, personally. But I can see becoming a hot thing for a minute or two and hope doesn't become a regular thing long-term. That said, the charity aspect is very cool.

Speaking of fighting counterfeiting, this was a good read. A couple factual issues like the $1k Blanton's being the OG single barrel, but generally well researched.

Managed to pick up a couple bottles of Buffalo Trace at the Krogers in Stuebenville today. That hasn't happened in awhile

Glenlivet 12 and Jameson’s are my go-to for liquor, but I much prefer a good Belgian triple such as Chimay or Dulle Teve. There’s also a great little brewery in NY called OmmeGang, their Rare Voss and Three Philosophers kill it for 1/2 the cost of the imports. A fifth of whiskey/scotch/bourbon lasts like 5 years in my place. It’s only there for guests really.
