That's in the past. But OP still gets in on that when one of the task forces are running a regional collection. They did go after a couple AMPS last year though. Independence off to the east is good for a couple times a year and similar to Malwoody's comment, collects low hanging fruit.

But getting back to the OP vs Plaza debate, Plaza is more centrally located.
