"The Commonwealth is deliberately misleading the Court, and the public, in an effort to ‘sell’ the plea agreement for some reason that has yet to be explained," Loudoun County Circuit Court Judge James Plowman wrote in an order removing the county’s Commonwealth's Attorney Office, headed by Buta Biberaj, from the criminal case. . . .

Plowman said prosecutor Michele Burton offered a six-month plea deal to Valle by downplaying Valle’s previous criminal history and not including other burglary charges against him.

The judge said the plea agreement from the Commonwealth’s Attorney Office stated the crimes occurred within a matter of hours last year, which he said is "entirely inaccurate" as Valle is accused of "a possible 12 burglary crime spree spanning four counties over 10 days."

Plowman, who previously served as the Loudoun commonwealth’s attorney before Biberaj’s election in 2019, said Burton showed she was incapable of prosecuting the case "consistent with professional standards,"

"Biberaj and the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office is hereby REMOVED AND DISQUALIFIED from further prosecution as counsel of record in this matter," the judge wrote.

Biberaj, who received contributions from George Soros' Super PAC in 2019, has previously come under fire for how she runs the office, with one former prosecutor telling Fox 5 that employees were "pushed to bond people out in domestic violence cases."

More Libtards causing crime to surge - this time murdering two police officers

FROM FOX NEWS: Per sources, the gang member who fatally shot two El Monte City Police Department officers last night was on probation for felony w/ a firearm after he received a bare minimum sentence in plea deal under LA DA George Gascon last year, despite having a previous strike on his record.

Law enforcement sources tell me Justin William Flores had a previous strike conviction in 2011 for PC 459, but that he still received the absolute bare minimum sentence for his felon in possession of a gun charges last year in accordance w/ Gascon policies. 2 years probation.

Sources in the LA DA’s office tell me if this case had been prosecuted without Gascon’s policies in Feb 2021, Flores would have likely been behind bars on a 2.5-3 year minimum sentence. Instead, he was out on probation last night.

To be clear, a Soros-backed DA did not prosecute a felony gun charge, the criminal escaped jail time, and he proceeded to kill two police officers.
