According to the Wiki link, Walker played 4 years for Dallas and made the PRO Bowl twice (1987,1988). He was not a bust in Dallas. By the time he got to Minnesota he was past his prime. Plus the Minnesota offensive line was not as good as the one in Dallas.
Walker's best years were in the USFL while in his prime. would they be the same in the NFL? who knows?
