The Chargers must really suck to have only beaten the Chiefs by 3 points.
The Chargers have a lot of weapons but are not as good as in years past.
Leonard Pope, the guy is an idiot. Holding on 4th and 1, then takes his helmet
off after a TD. He must be the last idiot in the NFL to know it's an automatic
15 yards. The Chiefs are bad but their lack of discipline and poor choices make
them even worse.
The Chiefs had the perfect chance to tie the game and send it into overtime but no Cassel decides to pass blindly and right into the hands of the Chargers. Even though the Chiefs were underdogs going into the game they had a chance and the fact that Succop missed a 38 yard field goal (a chip shot to most kickers) in my opinion was the beginning of the end. That was a pivotal point in the game because that could have really rallied the team since they would have scored first and on an interception. At least they put double digits on the score board.
It looks like next week we play the Vikings and they are also 0-3. So after next Sunday there is a chance that the Chiefs might be 1-3 and the Vikings will be 0-4. Although the Vikings at least know how to tie a game even though they lost in overtime they still know how to points up on the board. I think it could be an interesting game.

Read an article this week that rated the Chiefs the worst in the league. I can't bring myself to even watch them anymore. I fell off the band wagon and it's only 3 games into the season.
As an Oklahoma fan I'll be holding my nose at Camarohead Sunday as I watch my boy Adrian Peterson(AD) show the Chiefs what a man in cleats looks like. I'll also be there as Jarred Allen becomes a permenant fixture in our backfield.
I was nine when we won SB IV and don't live and die for any other team but I'm not one of the sheep either. I wish it were different but it's going to get pretty ugly. We have three prime time spots(SD, Pittsburgh, NE) and we might get smoked in all three. I'd like to see us win sunday and turn it around but I'm afraid it's not going to happen.
Normally you would want to stop Peterson and let McNabb beat you. Since the Chefs can't apply pressure, they can lose even if they stop Peterson. McNabb will take chances and make mistakes with pressure.
Guys - I have some bad news. I think the Chefs are going to get beaten... and it may be an ass whopping - like take them to the back of the wood shed...
Going out on a limb there with that prediction, Seomon.

Did anyone notice they actually won last Sunday? I heard it on the news. Didn't want to actually watch them.
Well since the Chiefs beat one team that was 0-3 (Vikings) it looks like they have another chance Sunday to be on a winning streak since they are playing the Colts who are now 0-4.
A Colts team with 3 starting linemen most likely out for the game. It's probably going to end 16-15 Chiefs.
Once again, the Chiefs work their particular brand of "magic" and prove they can take any quarterback in this league, other than their own, and turn them into Tom Brady for the day!
I originally wrote this with about 5 minutes to go in the first half, but have to admit the Chiefs played pretty well after that, and made Painter look very ordinary in the second half. I'll give them credit for playing pretty decent on the road in the second half, even though Indi is not a powerhouse team this year.
Well So what do we think of our good ole Boys now??? I think things are looking a hell of alot better now then 5 weeks ago!!!! Im glad baldwin is playing now and good at that. Jackie Battle has stepped up and Bowe is doing well.. DJ is just great and Flowers is the man!!! Not saying we will win the divison or make the playoffs right now but Im glad to see thing are looking alot better!! Last week beating the raiders was GREAT and then the Win in overtime tonight was great even though it was a sloppy game a win is still a win. I have hope for our boys!!!!!!!!
Got to give props to Haley and the team. They are playing with spirit and in the hunt. A little good luck never hurts either. Haley does his best work with wide receivers and Baldwin looks like the real deal, and Breaston is coming on as well. This should take some of the pressure off of Bowe, and help the running game as well. They are a watchable team again.
Don't forget to thank Phillip "cry me a" River(s).
Call it luck but the Chiefs still had to execute to
get in range.
