Even Gorby didn't hang on that line of bullshit. He understood what he agreed to.

That's not a valid pretense for a Russisn invasion and annexation of Ukrainian territory or violating it's signed agreements and treaty obligations.

It's aggression that some want to reward. If there's no mettle in the enforcement the Russians will be emboldened by the soft, sad sack appeasement.
