And should be in any country that wants to call itself civilized.

Universal healthcare
High quality public education and earned higher education scholarships
Complete socialization of incarceration
Socialize and provide high-speed fiber Internet access for every person in the sovereign, deemed a public utility
A real investment in public transportation that is renewable powered and citizen not corporate friendly.

In other words, a high-speed rail system that is carefully and thoughtfully integrated with local light rails all powered by renewable sources to make traveling far more convenient and save billions of tons of greenhouse gases being admitted into the atmosphere. In America, now is the time to do it and it would be so economically advantageous and life-changing most have no idea that you can get around the rest of the world without a car faster than you can fly even. Major airports are far from where you wanna go. I've seen studies that under strict statistical analysis using time and ease of travel over 750 million of the 900 million domestic flights in America alone would be eliminated.

In other words, a honest brokerage attempt at good governance representing the people in their best interest. Not allowing the policy, government positions, whether elected or appointed to be bought and sold.
