Sanger was a woman of her time, a racist. Just own it that your hero was a hater of people and a democrat. Her child (Planned Parenthood) was all about killing babies of minority groups. In her book, she says she is putting her clinics in black neighborhoods because that was her mission. She also wanted to co opt the clergy to push abortion.
I'm seeing several people on tv criticising the racism and white supremacy of the ad. Probably more about the fact that this inoffensive woman is a registered republican.

Sanger was an activist for women and the ability to survive childbirth by having fewer children.
